That is the most beautiful bowl of fruits I have seen in a long time.
California rules. I love that one can make canned preserves from what grows in the yard. That brings back fond memories of my parents doing the same thing with the apricots and peaches that grew in our yard. We also had lemons, limes, apples, plums, pears, strawberries, oranges...yeah, it was a great place to grow up.
Nice. proper little housewife aren't ya?!! ha ha ha, can't remember the last time I did that? Oh dear.
Oh my god. My mom used to make canned goods and preserves so I know the amount of work that went into that. Good for you.
Also, this gives me hope that someday soon I too will have more than an hour of free time in a row :o)
